At the moment our target languages are from Asian, South- North American, Caribbean and( East)European countries.

Most of our Global Language Coaches are native speakers. We communicate through video calls such as  Zoom, Teams or Skype. Converse with learners in meeting clubs (depends on the host in-country)

5 Minutes before the actual starting time, your coach will contact you.

He also will write a message. If there is no reply, he will try again. 

This gives you the time to prepare for class.

If there is no response and 10 minutes of the actual time has passed, he will leave a message and we will charge the lesson. He will video call you for the 2nd lesson.

Cancel the lesson within 24hr through email or Whatsapp.

We have a four weeks notice period. No refund from the previous lessons.

The cancellation deadline is two weeks after the subscription date in order to receive a full refund.
